Terms

How engagements run

Effective 2026-08-15

Two things in one place: the terms covering this website, and the standard shape of a project. The second is a summary: each project is governed by its own signed statement of work.

This page is published by AMDV Technologies. Questions about anything here go to info@amdvnextzen.com.

Using this website

The content here (text, layout, code, and imagery) belongs to AMDV Technologies unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. Republishing pages wholesale, or using the content to train a commercial model, is not covered by that permission.

Prices, timelines, and capabilities described on this site are indicative. They become binding only in a signed statement of work. We keep the site accurate, but nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance on its own.

How a project is agreed

Every engagement starts with a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline, milestones, and price. Work begins once that proposal is accepted in writing and the first milestone payment has cleared. Anything not listed in the proposal is out of scope until it is added to it in writing.

Payment

Fees are quoted in INR, exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes, and split across agreed milestones: typically a deposit at the start and the balance on delivery, with larger projects broken into phases. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Work may be paused on overdue invoices, and a paused project is rescheduled rather than held open.

Third-party costs (hosting, domains, licensed fonts, stock imagery, software subscriptions) are yours and are billed at cost or bought on your own accounts. We tell you about them before they are incurred.

Revisions and changes

Each deliverable includes two rounds of consolidated revisions within the agreed scope. Consolidated means one collected set of feedback per round, not four people sending notes separately.

Changes that alter the agreed scope (new pages, new features, a different direction after a direction was signed off) are quoted as a change to the statement of work before they are started. We will always tell you that something is a scope change at the point you ask for it, not on the final invoice.

Your responsibilities

Projects depend on you providing content, access, and decisions when they are needed. You confirm that any material you supply (copy, images, logos, data) is yours to use. Where a project stalls waiting on your side for more than 30 days, we may invoice work completed to date and reschedule the remainder against current availability.

Intellectual property

On final payment, ownership of the deliverables produced specifically for you transfers to you: the designs, the page templates, the content structure, and the project code.

We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and general methods, and you get a perpetual licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party components stay under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may describe the work publicly and show it in a portfolio.

Support after launch

Each plan includes a support window: 14 days on Basic, 30 days on Pro and Max, 90 days on Advanced, and a retained arrangement on custom work. Within it we fix defects in what we built, at no charge. New features, content changes, and third-party breakage are separate work, quoted separately. Ongoing maintenance can be arranged as a retainer.

Warranty and liability

We build carefully and verify what we ship, and we will correct defects in our work within the support window. Beyond that, the site is provided as it stands: we cannot warrant that it will be free of all errors, or guarantee a particular search ranking, conversion rate, or commercial outcome, since those depend on factors outside the build.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending an engagement

Either side may end a project with 14 days' written notice. If you end it, work completed to that point is invoiced and the completed deliverables are handed over on payment. If we end it, you pay only for completed work and we hand over what exists in a usable state.

Governing terms

Where this page and a signed statement of work disagree, the statement of work wins. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
